Pricing & Policy

The policy for 2024-2025 school year is as follows, please read it carefully: 

•       Pricing for Literally Literacy Learning classes is $60/h per session. This fee comes to $45  for 45 min classes and $30 for 30 min classes. 

**If you take classes for a total of 3h/week or more, the fee is reduced to $50/h.

•       You will be able to cancel 3 classes per school year at your discretion provided the cancellations are non-consecutive (unless due to illness). Kindly let me know 24h before the class you wish to cancel.

•       Your spot is reserved for your family and requires a consistent and regular commitment. You are expected to provide payments after each class or weekly if you are taking three classes a week. No-shows and forfeited classes, outside of the 3 cancellations possible, will not be refunded or carried over into the following month.

•       Classes must be paid after each lesson or weekly if taking three lessons a week.You will receive a receipt for each payment. Cash, check and Venmo are accepted.

•       If the teacher must cancel a class, it will be carried over into the following month or, should this be possible, you will be provided with suitable options for a make-up class within the week.

•       I wait 10 min for 30 min classes and 15min for 1h classes for a late student but will not wait beyond this time. Please ensure your child is on time by setting a reminder on your devices. If you require a reminder email, let me know. If you know your family cannot make it to the class, kindly let me know through text or email. 

•     If participating through google meets please ensure your child is ready for class: appropriate snacks and drinks, trips to the restroom, updated google, and charged/ plugged technology. As much as possible, provide a quiet environment that is free of interruptions from other household members. Students must be fully clothed, or the teacher will turn off the child’s camera to respect their privacy.

•       The teacher will not be held responsible for the lack of rapid results if families have not followed guidance from the teacher or classes are too short.
